Our mission
Health information online is often either oversimplified, exaggerated, or written to sell something. Our goal is narrower and, we think, more useful: take peer-reviewed research and established clinical guidelines and translate them into clear, plain-language explanations of everyday health questions — so you can understand what the science actually shows.
How we work
- We cite our sources. Claims trace back to published research or clinical guidance, so you can check them yourself.
- We show the whole picture. When evidence is mixed or uncertain, we say so rather than picking a side for a cleaner story.
- We separate strong evidence from weak. A large randomized trial and a small preliminary study are not the same thing, and we don't treat them as such.
